Join us Sunday, September 6th at Seven Beach Lane in Westhampton Beach as we celebrate our first season of Salt Air Pilates with the ultimate end-of-summer wellness morning. 🤍

We’ll kick things off with our signature 45-minute Pilates Sculpt class at 10:30 AM, followed by a morning made for staying awhile.

Signature Sculpt Class begins at 10:30 AM

All Pilates equipment will be provided. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to check in, grab some hydration + get settled on your mat.

Bring: a sweat towel + bathing suit if you'd like to enjoy the pool, sauna and cold plunge after class.
