Salt Air Signature Sculpt Pilates at Seven Beach Lane

Join us every Saturday & Sunday at Seven Beach Lane in Westhampton Beach for our signature Salt Air Mat Sculptclass.

This 45-minute full-body sculpt class blends Pilates-inspired movement with strength and intentional movement to leave you feeling strong, energized, and refreshed.

After class, stay awhile and make a morning of it. Guests are invited to enjoy Seven Beach Lane's pool, sauna, and cold plunge following class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand plans can change! Cancellations made at least 24 hours before class are eligible for a class credit to be used toward a future Salt Air Pilates class.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of class and no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for a class credit.
